Print, share, or email a prime contract invoice or lien waiver

Open the prime contract invoice details

  1. Go to Projects and select the appropriate project in the Quick Select section.
  2. On the Project Home page, select Prime Invoices in the Client Contract Admin section.
  3. Select the appropriate prime invoice number from the list.

Print or download the prime contract invoice or lien waiver

  1. On the Prime Contract Invoice Information page, select Reports > Prime Invoice Details or Reports > Prime Invoice Lien Waiver.
  2. Select the Format.
  3. Select a report Template.
  4. Select one of the following Export Options:
    • .DOC (Word 2003)
    • .DOCX (Word 2007)
    • PDF (Adobe Acrobat)
  5. Select Ok.

Share the prime contract invoice or lien waiver details report through the TeamLink Portal

  1. On the Prime Contract Invoice Information page, select Reports > Prime Invoice Details or Reports > Prime Invoice Lien Waiver.
  2. Select the Format.
  3. Select a report Template.
  4. Select one of the following Export Options:
    • Save DOC to Linked Files
    • Save PDF to Linked Files
  5. Select Ok.

The file is listed in the Linked Files section and the Show In Portal option is selected by default.

Send the prime contract invoice or lien waiver through email

  1. On the Prime Contract Invoice Information page, select Reports > Prime Invoice Details or Reports > Prime Invoice Lien Waiver.
  2. Select the Format.
  3. Select a report Template.
  4. Select one of the following Export Options:
    • Email DOC (Word 2003)
    • Email PDF (Adobe Acrobat)
  5. Select the Email Template.
  6. Select Ok.
  7. Select the recipients in the Recipients List section and optionally import recipients to the CC List section.
  8. In the Linked File Attachments section, select the Grant Access next to each file that you want to share through the TeamLink Portal.
    Files in the Linked File Attachments section are not added as attachments to the email.
  9. Optionally, select Choose File in the Email Upload Attachments section to include any additional files as attachments to the email.
    Files uploaded in the Email Upload Attachments section are not added to the Linked File Attachments section or shared through the TeamLink Portal.
  10. Optionally, update the Subject or Body as needed.
  11. Select Send Email.

    The report is added as an attachment to the email.
