Close an issue
Before closing an issue, confirm that you’ve discussed it with the project team and agreed on a resolution.
- Go to Projects and select the appropriate project in the Quick Select section.
- On the Project Home page, select Issues under the Correspondence section.
- On the issue listing page, select the issue number to view the details.
- Select Edit.
- In the Resolution and Close Status section, do the following to mark the issue as closed:
- Select the Closed checkbox.
- Select or enter the Closed Date.
- Enter the Resolution.
- Select Save or Save & Close.
Marking an issue as Closed will remove it from the correspondence calendar and stop related alerts.
