Email an issue

  1. Go to Projects and select a project in the Quick Select section.
  2. Select Issues in the Correspondence section.
  3. On the Issues page, select an issue number from the list.
  4. On the Issue Details page, select Actions > Send Issue.
  5. Select the Template and select Ok.
  6. Select the recipients in the Recipients List section and optionally import recipients to the CC List section.
  7. Optionally, in the Linked Files section, select the Grant Access option next to the files that will be shared through the TeamLink Portal.
    Files in the Linked Files section are not added as attachments to the email.
  8. Optionally, select Choose File in the Email Upload Attachment section to include any additional files as attachments to the email.
    Files uploaded in the Email Upload Attachment section are not added to the Linked Files section or shared through the TeamLink Portal.
  9. Optionally, update the Subject as needed.
  10. Select Send Email.
