Email A Journal
- At the Journal listing, click on the Journal # to view the details form.
- Make sure one or more Respondents is listed.
- Scroll to the top of the form.
- Click the Actions button.
- Click Send Journal from the drop-down.
- Select an Email Template.
- Click Ok. This will refresh the form and show the email message.
- Linked Files: Check the Grant Access field if you wish to share any linked files via the TeamLink Portal.
- Review the message.
- Click the Send Email button shown at the bottom.
