Email A Journal

  1. At the Journal listing, click on the Journal # to view the details form.
  2. Make sure one or more Respondents is listed.
  3. Scroll to the top of the form.
  4. Click the Actions button.
  5. Click Send Journal from the drop-down.
  6. Select an Email Template.
  7. Click Ok. This will refresh the form and show the email message.
  8. Linked Files: Check the Grant Access field if you wish to share any linked files via the TeamLink Portal.
  9. Review the message.
  10. Click the Send Email button shown at the bottom.
