Email the Submittal Request to the Originator

The steps listed below are applicable if the Originator is another company such as a sub or supplier.

  1. At the Submittal listing, click on the Submittal # to view the details form.
  2. Click the Actions button at the top right.
  3. Click Send Submittal Request To Originator from the drop-down.
  4. Select an Email Template.
  5. Click Ok. This will refresh the form and show the email message.
  6. Linked Files: Check the Grant Access field if you wish to share any linked files via the TeamLink Portal.
  7. Review the message.
  8. Click the Send Email button shown at the bottom.
