Import meeting attendees
- Go to Projects and select the appropriate project in the Quick Select section.
- On the Project Home page, select Meetings in the Documentation section.
- Select the meeting number from the list.
- In the Attendees section, select Import Items and then select one of the options from the dropdown:
- Import Project Directory Contact
- Import Prior Meeting Attendees
- Optionally, use the Search field to filter the list.
- Select one or more company and contacts from the list as needed.
- Select Add & Close.
