Import Meeting Attendees

  1. On the Meeting details page, navigate to the Attendees section.
  2. Click the Add / Import drop-down shown above the grid and to the right.
  3. Select one of the options shown in the drop-down.
    • Import Project Directory Contact
    • Import Prior Meeting Attendees
  4. Optional: Use the Search field above the grid to filter the listing.
  5. Select one or more Company Contacts in the listing by clicking the checkbox on the left.
  6. Click the Add or Add and Close button shown in the footer.
