Import meeting attendees

  1. Go to Projects and select the appropriate project in the Quick Select section.
  2. On the Project Home page, select Meetings in the Documentation section.
  3. Select the meeting number from the list.
  4. In the Attendees section, select Import Items and then select one of the options from the dropdown:
    • Import Project Directory Contact
    • Import Prior Meeting Attendees
  5. Optionally, use the Search field to filter the list.
  6. Select one or more company and contacts from the list as needed.
  7. Select Add & Close.
