Email Meeting Invitation To Attendees

  1. At the Meeting listing, click on the Meeting # to view the details.
  2. Review the list of Attendees prior to sending out the invitation.
  3. Click the Actions drop-down button at the top right.
  4. Click Send Invitation from the drop-down.
  5. Select an Email Template.
  6. Click Ok. This will refresh the form and show the email message.
  7. Optional: Attach up to two files to the email.
  8. Review the Message Body.
  9. Click the Send Email button shown at the bottom.
