Email Meeting Invitation To Attendees
- At the Meeting listing, click on the Meeting # to view the details.
- Review the list of Attendees prior to sending out the invitation.
- Click the Actions drop-down button at the top right.
- Click Send Invitation from the drop-down.
- Select an Email Template.
- Click Ok. This will refresh the form and show the email message.
- Optional: Attach up to two files to the email.
- Review the Message Body.
- Click the Send Email button shown at the bottom.
