Add an album and upload photos

  1. Go to Leads or Projects and select the lead or project in the Quick Select section.
  2. On the Lead or Project Home page, select Photos under the Documentation section.
  3. Select Actions > Add album.
  4. Enter the Album name.
  5. Optionally, select the Show In Portal checkbox to share the album through the TeamLink portal.
  6. Drag and drop photos into the designated upload area.

    You can select or drag and drop up to 48 files at a time. To add more, repeat the process. All selected files are uploaded together, and the total size must not exceed 500 MB.

  7. Select Create.
