Make bulk changes to photos
- Go to Leads or Projects and select the lead or project in the Quick Select section.
- On the Lead or Project Home page, select Photos under the Documentation section.
- Select the Photos tab.
- Optionally, to filter photos by date, select Date Taken or Date Uploaded in the Select Filter Type dropdown and enter the Start Date and End Date.
The selection in the Select Filter Type dropdown is stored for each user session.
- Optionally, change the sort order.
The default value is Sort Descending and By Date Taken without Grouping and photos are sorted by date taken in descending order with no grouping applied.
- Optionally, to filter photos by their name, location, or comments, enter the term in the Search field.
- Select one or more photos.
- Select Choose Bulk Action.
- Select one or more of the following options:
- Select the Location checkbox and enter a location in the field.
- Select the Add To Existing Album checkbox and select an album from the dropdown.
Select the Add To New Album checkbox and enter a new album name.
Select the Link To Feature checkbox, then select the desired feature and the appropriate record from the dropdowns.
Select the Prevent Photo Deletion checkbox to ensure that the photos cannot be deleted.
Select the Clear Prevent Deletion From Selected Photos checkbox to allow the selected photos to be deleted if necessary.
Only Admins can clear the Prevent Deletion checkbox for photos.
Select the Delete Selected Photos From Project and All Albums checkbox to delete the selected photos permanently.
- Select Apply Changes.
