Add existing project photos to an album

  1. Go to Leads or Projects.
  2. Select the lead or project in the Quick Select section.
  3. On the Lead or Projects Home page, select Photos under the Documentation section.
  4. Go to the Photos tab.
  5. Optional: To filter photos by their names, location, or comments, enter the term in the Search field.
  6. Optional: To filter photos by dates, select Date Taken or Date Uploaded from the Select Filter Type dropdown and enter the Start Date and End Date.
  7. Select the photos to be added to an album.
  8. Select Choose bulk action.
  9. Select one of the following options:
    • Add to existing album and select an album.

    • Add to new album and enter a new album name.

  10. Select Apply changes.
