Group drawings by discipline or revision

You can access the drawings list and group drawings by discipline or revision to find specific records in Simple Listing.

Disciplines refer mainly to the primary trade, i.e., Electrical, Plumbing, Mechanical, Architectural, Structural.

You can select a drawing to view its Drawing Detail page with the Drawing #, the Drawing Title, the Drawing Set, a thumbnail of the drawing, and any linked files.

1. Go to Leads or Projects and select a lead or project from the list..
2. On the Lead or Project page, select Drawings in the Lead Library or Project Library category of the Lead Menu or Project Menu section..

3. Select Simple Listing and then select Discipline or Revision History from the Group By dropdown to filter the list.

   The Release Date column displays including the release dates for each drawing revision. You can use the release date information to track drawing revisions and view when each version of a drawing was released.
   Disciplines are created in Settings () > Feature Settings > Drawings and added during the first step of creating a drawing.

4. Select a drawing link to view the Drawing Detail page.
