Filter drawings by drawing set or discipline

You can access the drawings Card Style view and filter drawings by drawing set or by discipline. You can select a drawing to view its Drawing Detail page with the Drawing #, the Drawing Title, the Drawing Set, a thumbnail of the drawing, and any linked files.

Go to Projects or Leads and select the lead or project from the list..
On the Lead or Project Home page, select Drawings in the Lead or Project menu or favorites. .
Select a set from the Drawing Set dropdown, or a discipline from the Discipline dropdown to filter the list.

Disciplines are created in Settings () > Feature Settings > Drawings and added during the first step of creating a drawing. Disciplines refer mainly to the primary trade, i.e., Electrical, Plumbing, Mechanical, Architectural, Structural. Drawing sets can be added when creating a drawing or from Drawings > Actions > Drawing Set. You can create drawing sets such as Bid Set, Build Set, Production Set, Red-Line drawings, or As Builts. Drawing sets labels identify the different evolutions of the drawings throughout the construction progress.
Select a drawing link to view the Drawing Detail page.
