Email ITB information to vendors
You cab send an email with invitation to bid (ITB) information to subcontractors and suppliers.
- Go to Leads or Projects and select the appropriate lead or project in the Quick Select section.
- On the Lead or Project Home page, select Invitation To Bid (ITB) in the Preconstruction section.
- Optionally, to include drawings or specifications, do the following:
- Select the Linked Files tab.
- To add new files, select Add and select the appropriate file from your local drive.
Alternatively, drag and drop the file in the Drop files here area.
- To add existing files:
- Select Link Existing > Drawings & Specs.
- Select an option in the Feature Name dropdown.
- Select the documents or specifications.
- Select Link & Close.
- Select the Vendors tab.
- Optionally, select Filters to filter the vendor list.
- Select one or more vendors from the list and select Send Invitation.
- In the dialog, select a Template and select Ok.
- In the Linked File Attachments section, make sure that the Grant Access option is selected for all the files intended to be shared through the TeamLink Portal.
The files will not be included as email attachments.
- Select Send Email.
Each vendor will receive a separate email, ensuring they are unaware of the other competitors.
