Emailing ITB Information

Follow these steps to email invitation to bid (ITB) information to subcontractors and suppliers.

  1. Click the Lead or Projects icon on the left menu.
  2. Select the Lead or Project in the Quick Select section.
  3. On the Lead or Project menu, select Invitation to bid (ITB).
  4. If you have drawings or specifications to include, go to the Linked Files tab.
  5. To add new files: 
    • Click Add to browse to and select files.
    • Drag files to the Drop files here area.
  6. To add existing files:
    1. Select Link existing
    2. Select drawings and specs.
    3. In the Feature name field, select an option.
    4. Select the documents or specifications.
    5. Select link and Close.
  7. Go to the Vendors tab.
  8. Select Filters to filter the vendor list.
  9. Select one or more vendors using the checkbox on the left.
  10. Click the Send Invitation button above the grid.
  11. Select a template, and click OK.
  12. Click OK.
  13. Navigate to the Attachments section.
  14. Make sure the Grant Access field is checked for any file listed in the grid that needs to be shared via the TeamLink Portal.
  15. Click the Send Email button at the bottom of the form. Each vendor will get their own separate email so they will not know who they are competing against.
