Emailing ITB Information
Follow these steps to email invitation to bid (ITB) information to subcontractors and suppliers.
- Click the Lead or Projects icon on the left menu.
- Select the Lead or Project in the Quick Select section.
- On the Lead or Project menu, select Invitation to bid (ITB).
- If you have drawings or specifications to include, go to the Linked Files tab.
- To add new files:
- Click Add to browse to and select files.
- Drag files to the Drop files here area.
- To add existing files:
- Select Link existing
- Select drawings and specs.
- In the Feature name field, select an option.
- Select the documents or specifications.
- Select link and Close.
- Go to the Vendors tab.
- Select Filters to filter the vendor list.
- Select one or more vendors using the checkbox on the left.
- Click the Send Invitation button above the grid.
- Select a template, and click OK.
- Click OK.
- Navigate to the Attachments section.
- Make sure the Grant Access field is checked for any file listed in the grid that needs to be shared via the TeamLink Portal.
- Click the Send Email button at the bottom of the form. Each vendor will get their own separate email so they will not know who they are competing against.
