Link Existing Drawings and Specs to an ITB

Follow these steps to link existing drawings and specifications to an invitation to bid (ITB).

1. Click the Lead or Projects icon on the left menu.
2. Select the Lead or Project in the Quick Select section. This will then refresh the page and show the Current Lead or Project Home page.
3. Click the Drawings Specs and Invitation To Bid (ITB) link in the Quick Links tab. This will refresh the page and show the Drawings, Specs and ITB Module Landing Page.
4. Navigate to the Invitation To Bid (ITB) section.
5. Click the Add button to the right of Linked Files.
6. Click Link Existing button shown above the grid.
7. Select Current Project Drawings and Specifications for the View.
8. Click one of the options in the field below to potentially filter by feature:
   • All Drawings and Specs
   • Drawings
   • Specs
9. Select one or more uploaded files to be linked to the ITB.
10. Click the Link and Close button.
