Add specifications
- Go to Leads or Projects and select the lead or project in the Quick Select section.
- On the Lead or Project Home page, select Specifications in the Lead Library or Project Library section.
- Select Actions > Add Manually.
- Optionally, update the Lead or Project # as needed.

If you selected a project, select the Prime Contract.
If there are multiple structures or lots for a project with multiple specifications, it's recommended to select the prime contract. -
Drag and drop the files into the designated area.
Accepted file types include, but are not limited to, the following:

PDF (preferred)

DOC
-
DOCX
You can upload up to 10 files at a time, and each drawing file must be 500 MB or smaller.

- Select Next.
- Optionally, update the specification number or title for each record as needed.
- Select Create.
