Add specifications

  1. Go to Leads or Projects and select the lead or project in the Quick Select section.
  2. On the Lead or Project Home page, select Specifications in the Lead Library or Project Library section.
  3. Select Actions > Add Manually.
  4. Optionally, update the Lead or Project # as needed.
  5. If you selected a project, select the Prime Contract.

    If there are multiple structures or lots for a project with multiple specifications, it's recommended to select the prime contract.
  6. Drag and drop the files into the designated area.

    Accepted file types include, but are not limited to, the following:

    • PDF (preferred)

    • DOC

    • DOCX

    You can select or drag and drop up to 48 files at a time. To add more, repeat the process. All selected files are uploaded together, and the total size must not exceed 500 MB.

  7. Select Next.
  8. Optionally, update the specification number or title for each record as needed.
  9. Select Create.
