Add or update location-specific estimating rates for equipment items

Applies to contractors working across multiple cities or counties, where rates may vary by geographic area.

Open the equipment item details page

1. Go to Equipment.
2. In the Equipment Stats section, select the count number under the All column.
3. Optionally, use the Search field to filter the list.
4. Select the equipment code from the list.

Add location-specific estimating rates

1. In the Location Specific Estimating Rates section, select Add Location Rate.
2. Select the Location Code from the dropdown.

   For example, Chicago, New York, and so on.

3. Enter the following rates as needed:
   • Base Cost Rate
   • Burden Cost Rate
   • Sell Rate
   • Daily Rental Rate
   • Weekly Rental Rate
   • Monthly Rental Rate
4. Select Save & Close.

Update location-specific estimating rates

1. In the Location Specific Estimating Rates section, select Edit.
2. Update the rates as needed.
3. Select Save.
