Add or update project-specific timecard rates for equipment items

Open the equipment item details page

  1. Go to Equipment.
  2. In the Equipment Stats section, select the count number under the All column.
  3. Optionally, use the Search field to filter the list.
  4. Select the equipment code from the list.

Add project-specific timecard rates

  1. In the Project Specific Timecard Rates section, select Add Project Rate.
  2. Select the Project from the dropdown.
  3. Enter the following rates for run time, idle time, and down time as needed:
    • Base Cost Rate
    • Burden Cost Rate
    • Sell Rate
    • Daily Rental Rate
    • Weekly Rental Rate
  4. Select Save & Close.

Update project-specific timecard rates

  1. In the Project Specific Timecard Rates section, select the project number from the list.
  2. Update the project or rates as needed.
  3. Select Save & Close.
