Add a service ticket for an equipment item

  1. Go to Equipment.
  2. In the Equipment Stats section, select the count number under the All column.
  3. Optionally, use the Search field to filter the list.
  4. Select the equipment code from the list.
  5. In the Owned Equipment Related Activities section, select Service and Repair History.
  6. Select Add Service.
  7. Enter the following information in the General Information section:
    1. Select the Issue Date, Issue Time, Service Status, Urgency, and Service Type.

      Administrators can add service type options in Settings () > Feature Settings > Cost DB / Equipment.

    2. Optionally, enter the Internal Ref #, if any.

  8. Optionally, enter any Service Comments.
  9. Optionally, enter the Service Vendor contact information.
  10. Select Add & Close.
