Add a Service Ticket
Follow these steps to add a service ticket for an equipment item.
- At the Equipment listing, click the equipment code to view the details.
- Scroll down to the Owned Equipment Related Activities section.
- Click the Service and Repair History link.
- Click the Add Service button.
- Enter the General Information:
Required:- Issue Date
- Issue Time
- Service Status: Requested, In Progress, Completed
- Service Type (Options can be added by admins in Settings | Feature Settings | Cost DB and Equipment.)
- Internal Ref #
- Optional: Enter any Service Comments.
- Optional: Enter Service Vendor Contact Information.
- Click Add and New or Add and Close in the footer.
