Add a Service Ticket

Follow these steps to add a service ticket for an equipment item.

  1. At the Equipment listing, click the equipment code to view the details.
  2. Scroll down to the Owned Equipment Related Activities section.
  3. Click the Service and Repair History link.
  4. Click the Add Service button.
  5. Enter the General Information:
    Required:
    • Issue Date
    • Issue Time
    • Service Status: Requested, In Progress, Completed
    • Service Type (Options can be added by admins in Settings | Feature Settings | Cost DB and Equipment.)
    Optional:
    • Internal Ref #
  6. Optional: Enter any Service Comments.
  7. Optional: Enter Service Vendor Contact Information.
  8. Click Add and New or Add and Close in the footer.
