Add a service ticket for an equipment item
- Go to Equipment.
- In the Equipment Stats section, select the count number under the All column.
- Optionally, use the Search field to filter the list.
- Select the equipment code from the list.
- In the Owned Equipment Related Activities section, select Service and Repair History.
- Select Add Service.
- Enter the following information in the General Information section:
- Select the Issue Date, Issue Time, Service Status, Urgency, and Service Type.
Administrators can add service type options in Settings (
) > Feature Settings > Cost DB / Equipment. Optionally, enter the Internal Ref #, if any.
- Select the Issue Date, Issue Time, Service Status, Urgency, and Service Type.
- Optionally, enter any Service Comments.
- Optionally, enter the Service Vendor contact information.
- Select Add & Close.
