Manually Add Equipment Timecards
Using the Time and Expenses module
Follow these steps to add equipment timecards from the Time and Expenses module.
- Click the Projects icon on the left menu.
- Select the Project in the Quick Select section.
- On the Project menu under Time and Expenses, select Eqp. Timecards.
- Click the Actions button on the far right.
- Click one of the following options.
- Add Single Equipment Timecards
- Add Multiple Equipment Timecards
Using the Equipment module
Follow these steps to add the timecards from the Equipment module.
- Click the Equipment icon on the left menu.
- Under Equipment Timecard Stats, click the Actions (
) button.
- Click one of the following options.
- Add Single Equipment Timecards
- Add Multiple Equipment Timecards
Add the timecard information
- In the Daily Timecard page, select the Project and Prime Contract #.
- Optional: Select the CO # Reference.
- Enter the required information shown below.
- Date
- Equipment
- Project
- Prime Contract
- Job Cost Code
- Hours for Run Time, Idle Time, and Down Time
- Billable Status (Only applies to Cost Plus Prime Contracts)
- Click the Save button.
