Add equipment timecards manually
Add equipment timecards from the Project Home page
- Go to Projects and select the appropriate project in the Quick Select section.
- On the Project Home page, select Eqp. Timecards in the Time & Expenses section.
- Select Actions and select one of the following options:
- Add Single Equipment Timecards
- Add Multiple Equipment Timecards.
Add equipment timecards from the Equipment module
- Go to Equipment.
- In the Equipment Timecard Stats section, select the actions menu icon (
) in the Eqp. Timecards row.
- Select one of the following options:
- Add Single Equipment Timecards
- Add Multiple Equipment Timecards
Add the timecard information
- Optionally, update the Date as needed.
The default value is today's date.
- To copy the entries to the upcoming days, select Copy entry for next and enter the number of days in the available field.
- For a single equipment item, do the following:
Select the Equipment.
In the Entry 1 column, do the following:
Select the Project and Prime Contract number.
Optionally, select the CO or WO number.
- Select the Billable Status.
By default, this field is set to Billable. This field is only applicable to Cost Plus prime contracts.
- Select the Job Cost Code.
- Enter the Run Time, Idle Time, and Down Time in hours.
You can leave any field blank if not applicable.
Optionally, enter Comments.
- Repeat the previous step for additional entries, such as a different billable status or job cost code.
There can be up to five entries per submission.
- For multiple equipment items, do the following:
- Select the Project and Prime Contract number.
Optionally, select the CO or Work Order number.
In the Entry 1 column, do the following:
- Select the Billable Status.
By default, this field is set to Billable. This field is only applicable to Cost Plus prime contracts.
- Select the Job Cost Code.
Optionally, enter Comments.
- Select the Billable Status.
Repeat the previous step for additional entries, such as a different billable status or job cost code.
There can be up to three entries per submission.
For each equipment item, select the Equipment and enter the Run Time, Idle Time, and Down Time in hours that correspond to each entry.
To include additional equipment items, select Add More Equipment and repeat the previous step.
- Select Add & New or Add & Close.
Next step: The equipment timecard summary is available at the bottom of the form.

To download it in .xlsx format, select Export To Excel.

To view a list with the timecards, select the equipment item's description.
