Reduce Number of Job Cost Codes on Equipment Timecards

  1. Log in to Sage Construction Management as an Admin.
  2. Go to Settings | Feature Settings | Time and Expenses.
  3. Select the Show Only Cost Codes with Equipment Hour Budgets when entering Equipment Timecards checkbox.
  4. Click the Save button.
  5. Click Return to application.
  6. Click the Projects icon on the left menu.
  7. Select the Project in the Quick Select section.
  8. On the Project menu under Client Contract Admin, select Prime contracts.
  9. Click on the Prime Contract # to view the details.
  10. Scroll down to the Original Prime Contract Budgets section.
  11. Click the Equipment Hours link. This will show cost codes and equipment hour budgets in read only mode.
  12. Click the Edit button.
  13. Navigate to a Job Cost Code that is applicable to Equipment Timecards.
  14. Enter budget hours. If the budget is unknown, then enter 1.
    Note: Job cost codes that need to appear on the form must have budgets greater than zero.
  15. Repeat the last two steps for other Job Cost Codes that are applicable to Equipment Timecards.
  16. Click the Save button shown below the grid.
