Edit a crew
View and edit the crew details
- Go to Cost DB.
- In the Internal Cost Database Stats section, select the total count number in the Crews row.
- Optionally, use the Search field to filter the list.
- Select the crew code to view the crew details.
Edit the crew details
- Select Edit.
- Update the crew information as needed.
- Select Save & Close.
Edit the labor item quantity
- In the Labor Item Resources section, select Edit List.
- Update the Quantity for each item as needed.
- Select Save.
Import labor items
- In the Labor Item Resources section, select Import.
- Optionally, use the Search field to filter the list.
The results include matches from both code and description.

Enter a quantity to add a labor item to the crew.
The checkbox is selected automatically.
- Select Save & Close.
Edit the equipment item quantity
- In the Equipment Item Resources section, select Edit List.
- Update the Quantity for each item as needed.
- Select Save.
Import equipment items
- In the Equipment Item Resources section, select Import.
- Optionally, use the Search field to filter the list.
The results include matches from both code and description.

Enter a quantity to add an equipment item to the crew.

- Select Save & Close.
Add a classification
- In the Classifications section, select Add Classification.

For each classification code that you want to add, do the following:
- Select the Classification Type, such as your primary cost code system.
Administrators can manage these options in Settings > Company Settings > Cost Codes.
- Select the magnifying glass icon (
) next to the classification type to view the available codes. - Optionally, select the right arrow next to a code to drill down to a lower level.
Codes can be nested up to four levels deep.

Select the code that you want to use for classification.

Select Add New Line to include more classifications.
- Select the Classification Type, such as your primary cost code system.
- Select Save & Close.
