Manage location-specific estimating rates for labor items

Open the labor item details

1. Go to Cost DB.
2. In the Internal Cost Database Stats section, select the total count number in the Labor Items row.
3. Optionally, use the Search field to filter the list.
4. Select the labor code from the list.

Add location-specific estimating rates

This section applies only to contractors who operate in multiple cities or counties and maintain different rates by geographic area.

1. In the Location Specific Estimating Rates, select Add Location Rate.
2. Select the Location Code.
3. Enter the Base Cost, Burden Cost, and Sell Rates as needed.
4. Select Save & Close.

Edit location-specific estimating rates

1. In the Location Specific Estimating Rates, select Edit List button.
2. Update the rates as needed.
3. Select Save.
