Add or Edit Location-Specific Estimating Rates

1. Click the Cost DB icon on the left menu.
2. Click the record count number shown to the right of Labor Items. This will refresh the page and show the Labor Item listing.
3. Optional: Enter some text to filter the Labor Item listing.
4. Click on the Labor Code to view details.

Add Location Specific Estimating Rates

This section only applies to contractors who perform work in various cities or counties and may have distinct rates based on geographical area.

1. Click the Add Location Rate button shown to the far right of the Location Specific Estimating Rates heading.
2. Select the Location.
3. Edit the Base Cost, Burden Cost, and Proposal Rate as needed.
4. Click the Save and Close or Save and New button in the footer.

Edit Location Specific Estimating Rates

1. Click the Edit List button next to the Location Specific Estimating Rates heading.
2. Change rates as needed.
3. Click the Save button in the footer.
