Add or Edit Project Timecard Rates in the Cost Database

  1. Click the Cost DB icon on the left menu.
  2. Click the record count number shown to the right of Labor Items. This will refresh the page and show the Labor Item listing.
  3. Optional: Enter some text to filter the Labor Item listing.
  4. Click on the Labor Code to view details.

Add Project Specific Timecard Rates

This section only applies to firms who have union labor or standard rates and will be entering timecards in the system. When a Labor Item is referenced on a Timecard, the cost and bill rate will be set from this source and NOT from the Employee rate tables.

  1. Click the Add Project Rate button shown to the far right of the Project Specific Timecard Rates heading.
  2. Select the Payroll Item.
  3. Select the Project.
  4. Optional: Select Effective Data (aka Rate Start Date).
  5. Enter the Base Cost, Burden Cost and Bill Rate as needed.
  6. Click the Save and Close or Save and New button in the footer.

Edit Existing Project Specific Timecard Rates

  1. Click the Edit List button next to the Project Specific Timecard Rates heading.
  2. Edit rates as needed.
  3. Click the Save button.
