Manually add an estimate

  1. Select Lead or Projects icon on the left menu.
  2. Select the Lead or Project in the Quick Select section.
  3. On the Lead or Project menu, under Preconstruction, select Estimates.
  4. Select Actions on the far right.
  5. Select Add Estimate from the drop-down menu.
  6. The Project Lead or Project is already selected, but it can be changed.
  7. The Estimate # is auto-generated, but it can be changed.
  8. Enter the Estimate title.

    The title must be unique if there are multiple estimates for the selected lead or project.

  9. Enter the Quantity and Units. The Quantity is typically the project size (ex. 3000 SqFt = 3000).
  10. Select the Reviewer who is reviewing the final estimate before sending out the proposal.
  11. Enter the Review due date.
  12. Select Import to import the prospect or customer.

    The options listed are firms in the Lead or Project Directory.

  13. Select Save and Next.
  14. Select Manually from Scratch.
  15. Select Finish.

Review the settings on the Estimate properties details page.

  • Select Edit to make changes if needed.

  • Select View estimate to view the estimate details.
