Link files to an estimate's RFP package

Open the RFP package details

1. Go to Leads or Projects and select the lead or project in the Quick Select section.
2. On the Lead or Project Home page, select Estimates in the Preconstruction section.
3. Select the estimate number or title from the list.
4. Select View Estimate.
5. Within the estimate, select the Bid Management tab.
6. Select the RFP package code.

Link existing drawings and specifications

1. In the Linked Files section, select Link Existing > Drawings & Specs.
2. In the dialog, select one of the options from the Feature Name dropdown:
   • All Drawings and Specs
   • Drawing Log
   • Specifications
3. Select the files to be linked to the RFP package.
4. Select Link & Close.

Upload new files

1. In the Linked Files section, select Add.
2. Select the files you want to upload from your local drive.
3. Select Open.

Grant access to linked files through the TeamLink portal

1. In the Linked Files section, select the Show in Portal checkbox for each file you want to share through the TeamLink portal.
