Add locations to an estimate manually

  1. Go to Leads or Projects and select the lead or project in the Quick Select section.
  2. On the Lead or Project Home page, select Estimates in the Preconstruction section.
  3. Select the estimate number or title from the list.
  4. Select View Estimate.
  5. Within the estimate, select the Locations tab.
  6. Select Add / Import > Add Manually.
  7. Optionally, update the Order # as needed.

    This is an integer field that automatically defaults to the next available number.

  8. Enter the Location.
  9. Optionally, enter the location Grouping Division, Grouping Major, or both.
  10. To add additional locations, select Add more location, then repeat steps 7–9 for each additional location.

  11. Select Save & Close.
