Line item views

Estimate line items can include a large amount of information, such as description, quantity, units, cost rates, manufacturer information, and comments. Instead of forcing you to scroll right and left like in a spreadsheet, Sage Construction Management provides views that display only a relevant subset of fields. This makes it easier to focus on the information you need and update items more efficiently.

The following views are available:

  • Total: Displays cost and price totals.
  • Materials: Displays material resource fields.
  • Labor: Displays labor resource fields.
  • Equipment: Displays equipment resource fields.
  • Sub: Displays subcontractor resource fields.
  • Other: Displays other resource fields.
  • Formula: Displays the equation that is used to calculate quantity.
  • Assembly: Displays if an item is part of an assembly.
