View annotations by user

Annotations are essentially layers on top of the original file. Annotations are stored by user, and you can display or hide them on a user-by-user basis.

You can add annotations in Sage Construction Management, mobile app, and the TeamLink Portal.
  1. Go to Leads or Projects and select the lead or project in the Quick Select section.
  2. On the Lead or Project Home page, select the appropriate option to find the desired file. For example, select Drawings in the Project Library section to open an attached drawing file.
  3. Select the three-dot menu icon next to the file and select View.
  4. Select Annotate.
  5. Select the Annotation Layers icon.
