Viewing annotations by user

Annotations are essentially layers on top of the original file. Annotations are stored by user, and you can display or hide them on a user-by-user basis.

Annotations can be documented in Sage Construction Management, mobile apps, and the TeamLink Portal.
  1. Go to Projects.
  2. Select a project.
  3. Go to the Linked files tab.
  4. Select the Actions icon and then select View.
  5. Click Annotate.

  6. Click the Annotation layers button.

The users who have added annotations to the document are shown in the left column.
