View annotations by user
Annotations are essentially layers on top of the original file. Annotations are stored by user, and you can display or hide them on a user-by-user basis.
You can add annotations in Sage Construction Management, mobile app, and the TeamLink Portal.
- Go to Leads or Projects and select the lead or project in the Quick Select section.
- On the Lead or Project Home page, select the appropriate option to find the desired file. For example, select Drawings in the Project Library section to open an attached drawing file.
- Select the three-dot menu icon next to the file and select View.
- Select Annotate.

Select the Annotation Layers icon.
