File permissions and access

Files that have been uploaded to the Online File Management system are protected by a comprehensive and granular security system. Sage Construction Management offers security measures for internal users and outside team members.

Access to uploaded files

The following users can access a file that has been uploaded to Sage Construction Management.

• The user who uploaded the file
• Administrator users
• Users who are not administrators but have the Access to All Files checkbox selected in their profile
• Users who have access to the feature or record where the file was originally uploaded
