Document Viewer menus and options
Use the left panel to view thumbnails, bookmark pages, or control layer visibility in documents with multiple pages or layers.
Select the left panel icon to open the left side menu with the following options:

Thumbnails |
For documents with multiple pages, the Thumbnails panel displays a preview of each page on the left. Thumbnails allow you to quickly navigate through the document and manage pages directly from the viewer. You can use the left panel to move between pages or perform page‑level actions such as deleting, moving, rotating, replacing, extracting, or inserting pages. Manage pages using thumbnails

Bookmarks |
Bookmarks can be used in drawings, specification documents, and contracts to create a quick link to a specific page and easily return to important pages without scrolling through the document. Create a bookmark

Layers |
The Layers feature is useful when working with CAD files that contain multiple layers. It allows you to control which layers are visible in the document and focus on specific details or reduce visual clutter when reviewing complex drawings. View or hide layers

Use the toolbar options to:

Select an annotation to jump to its location

Download document
| Option | Name | Description |

Zoom in / zoom out | To zoom in or out: Use the Zoom In (+) and Zoom Out (–) controls in the viewer toolbar to increase or decrease the zoom level. The drawing updates immediately to reflect the selected zoom level. |

Select |
The Select tool lets you select annotations or objects on the document to view, move, resize, or edit them. The selection tool can be used to select multiple annotations. Select the Select tool.

Marquee Zoom |
The Marquee Zoom tool allows you to zoom into a specific area of the document by drawing a selection box around it. Select the tool, then click and drag to draw a rectangle around the area you want to zoom into. Release to instantly enlarge that section. Marquee zoom allows you to zoom in on a specific area of a document by selecting it with your mouse. This is useful when you need to closely examine details in drawings. To use marquee zoom:
Release the mouse button to zoom in on the selected area. The viewer automatically adjusts the zoom level so the selected area fills the screen. |

Download |
The Download option lets you save a copy of the document to your device.
Only currently visible annotations are included in the download. If the file contains multiple sheets, all sheets are downloaded together. Individual sheets cannot be selected for download. Single‑sheet files download only the one sheet. |

Snipping Tool |
The Snipping tool lets you capture a selected area of the document as an image for sharing or reference.

Pan |
The Pan tool allows you to move around the document without changing your zoom level.
|
|
Search |
The Search tool helps you find text within the document quickly. The Search feature allows you to search annotations. You can search document text, if the text is readable. Search results highlight all matching locations within the document.

Comments |
The Comments tool lets you view and manage comments added to the document.
|
|
Full Screen |
Select the Full Screen icon to maximize your viewing area. All viewer functionality remains available while the top navigation bar is hidden. |

Filters |
You can control which annotations appear in the document using filters. Available Filters :
