Configure time tracking for company contacts

You can use the Track Time option in the Company Profile page to enable labor timecard entry for company contacts. This setting also affects the Employees list in the Time & Expenses module, because payroll rates must be configured. While typically enabled for your company only, it can also be used to track subcontractor timecards when needed.

  1. Go to Contact Management.
  2. In the Stats section, in the Companies row, select the Active column’s record count.

  3. Optionally, use the Search field to filter the list.
  4. Select the company name from the list.
  5. Select Edit.
  6. In the Other Information section, select the Track Time checkbox.
  7. Select Save & Close.
