Export approved labor timecards

Export labor timecards for all projects

1. Go to Time & Expenses.
2. In the Timecard & Expense Stats section, select the three-dot menu icon () next to Lbr. Timecards.
3. Select Export Labor Timecards To Excel.

   The list displays all approved timecards for all projects within the specified time period.

4. Optionally, update the Start Date and End Date as needed.
5. Optionally, to export only specific timecards, select them from the list.

   When no selection is made, all timecards will be included in the exported file.

6. Select one of the following formats from the Format dropdown:
   • Excel
   • ADP Workforce Now Format
   • ADP (Legacy) Format
   • Export Payroll Summary by Payroll Code
   • IMS Format
   • FlexiTime - Units Format
   • Sage CM Labor Timecards for Sage 300 CRE Import

     The option is available when the Accounting System field in Settings () > Company Settings > Profile is configured for Sage 300CRE.

   • Sage CM Labor Timecards for Sage 50 CA import

     The option is available when the Accounting System field in Settings () > Company Settings > Profile is configured for Sage Simply Accounting.

   • Sage CM Labor Timecards for Sage 50 US import

     The option is available when the Accounting System field in Settings () > Company Settings > Profile is configured for Sage Simply Accounting.

7. Select Export.

Export labor timecards for a specific project

1. Go to Projects and select the appropriate project from the list.
2. On the project home page, select Lbr. Timecards in the Time & Expenses section.
3. Select Actions > Export Labor Timecards To Excel.
4. Optionally, update the Start Date and End Date as needed.
5. Optionally, to export only specific timecards, select them from the list.

   When no selection is made, all timecards will be included in the exported file.

6. Select one of the following formats from the Format dropdown:
   • Excel
   • ADP Workforce Now Format
   • ADP (Legacy) Format
   • Export Payroll Summary by Payroll Code
   • IMS Format
   • FlexiTime - Units Format
   • Sage CM Labor Timecards for Sage 300 CRE Import

     The option is available when the Accounting System field in Settings () > Company Settings > Profile is configured for Sage 300CRE.

   • Sage CM Labor Timecards for Sage 50 CA import

     The option is available when the Accounting System field in Settings () > Company Settings > Profile is configured for Sage Simply Accounting.

   • Sage CM Labor Timecards for Sage 50 US import

     The option is available when the Accounting System field in Settings () > Company Settings > Profile is configured for Sage Simply Accounting.

7. Select Export.
