View Summary of Labor Timecard Hours

  1. Click the 'HR' icon on the left menu.
  2. Navigate to the 'Timecard Stats' section.
  3. Click the 'Action' button for Labor Timecards.
  4. Select 'View Labor Timecard Summary'. This will list all pending and approved timecards.
  5. Optional: To view all employees, Click the 'X' in the Employee drop-down field otherwise select an employee to filter.
  6. Select a Date. The Summary View will list records for that particular week.
  7. Select how timecard records should be grouped. Options are listed below.
    • Employee, Date
    • Employee, Status, Date
    • Employee, Payroll Item, Date
    • Employee, Project, Prime, Payroll Item, Date
    • Employee, Project, Prime, Payroll Item, Status, Date
    • Employee, Project, Prime, Cost Code, Payroll Item, Date
  8. Optional: Click the record count link for a particular employee and date. This will open the Labor Timecard listing showing the detail records.
  9. Optional: Use the Search field to filter records in the grid.
  10. Optional: Click the 'Export To CSV' button to export records. The CSV file format can be opened in Microsoft Excel.
