View the summary of labor timecard hours

  1. Go to Time & Expenses.
  2. In the Timecard & Expense Stats section, select the three-dot menu icon () next to Lbr. Timecards.
  3. Select View Labor Timecard Summary.

    The list includes all pending and approved timecards.

    Alternatively, select Lbr. Timecards in the Time & Expenses section on the Project Home page, and then select Actions > View Labor Timecard Summary.
  4. Optionally, to include employees with no labor timecards, select Include Employees with no Timecards.
  5. Optionally, to view the labor timecards for all employees, remove the selected Employee.
  6. Select a date in the Week Of field to list all records for that particular week.
  7. Select one of the following options from the View dropdown to specify how timecard records are grouped:
    • Employee, Date
    • Employee, Status, Date
    • Employee, Payroll Item, Date
    • Employee, Project, Prime, Payroll Item, Date
    • Employee, Project, Prime, Payroll Item, Status, Date
    • Employee, Project, Prime, Cost Code, Payroll Item, Date
    • Employee, Project, Prime, Cost Code, Payroll Item, Labor Code, Date
  8. Optionally, use the Search field to filter the list.
  9. Optionally, select the employee's name or record count link to open the labor timecard records list for that date.
  10. Optionally, to export the records in Excel format, select Export to Excel.
