Add field crews
Before you begin
The Do you wish to establish Field Crews for Timecards option must be selected in Settings > Feature Settings > Time & Expenses.
Step 1: Specify the crew leader
- Go to the Time & Expenses module.
- In the Employee and Labor Stats section, select the three-dot menu icon in the Field Crew.
- Select Add Manually.
- Select the Crew Leader.
- Select Add & Next.
Step 2: Add workers
- Optionally, to show only employees that are not currently referenced in any crews, select Not Referenced in Other Crews.
- Optionally, use the Search field to filter the listing.
- Select one or more employees from the list and select Add & Next.
Step 3: Add equipment
- Optionally, to show only equipment that is not currently referenced in any crews, select Not Referenced in Other Crews.
- Optionally, use the Search field to filter the listing.
- Select one or more equipment items from the list.
- Select Add & Finish.
