Add field crews

Before you begin

The Do you wish to establish Field Crews for Timecards option must be selected in Settings > Feature Settings > Time & Expenses.

Step 1: Specify the crew leader

  1. Go to the Time & Expenses module.
  2. In the Employee and Labor Stats section, select the three-dot menu icon in the Field Crew.
  3. Select Add Manually.
  4. Select the Crew Leader.
  5. Select Add & Next.

Step 2: Add workers

  1. Optionally, to show only employees that are not currently referenced in any crews, select Not Referenced in Other Crews.
  2. Optionally, use the Search field to filter the listing.
  3. Select one or more employees from the list and select Add & Next.

Step 3: Add equipment

  1. Optionally, to show only equipment that is not currently referenced in any crews, select Not Referenced in Other Crews.
  2. Optionally, use the Search field to filter the listing.
  3. Select one or more equipment items from the list.
  4. Select Add & Finish.
