Create field crews
Before you begin

The Do you wish to establish Field Crews for Timecards? option must be set to Yes in Settings (
) > Feature Settings > Time & Expenses.
Step 1: Specify the crew leader
- Go to Time & Expenses.
- In the Employee and Labor Stats section, select the actions icon (
) in the Field Crew row. - Select Add Manually.
- Select the Crew Leader.
- Select Add & Next.
Step 2: Add workers

If you do not want to add workers to the crew, select Skip.

To add workers, do the following:
- Optionally, to show only employees that are not currently referenced in any crews, select the Not Referenced in Other Crews checkbox.
- Optionally, use the Search field to filter the list.
- Select one or more employees from the list.
- Select Add & Next.
Step 3: Add equipment

If you do not want to add equipment items to the crew, select Skip.

To add equipment items, do the following:
- Optionally, to show only equipment items that are not currently referenced in any crews, select the Not Referenced in Other Crews checkbox.
- Optionally, use the Search field to filter the list.
- Select one or more equipment items from the list.
- Select Add & Finish.
