Make Lead Active Again

  1. Click the Contact Management icon on the left menu. (Note: This will clear the current lead selection.)
  2. Click the Leads icon on the left menu.
  3. Click the Inactive Leads record count link.
  4. Click the Gear icon on the far right above the grid. This will show a list of optional fields.
  5. Check the Archive field.
  6. Click the Apply button.
  7. Scroll down to the Lead that needs to be made active again.
  8. Uncheck Archive. This will auto save.
