Make Lead Active Again
- Click the Contact Management icon on the left menu. (Note: This will clear the current lead selection.)
- Click the Leads icon on the left menu.
- Click the Inactive Leads record count link.
- Click the Gear icon on the far right above the grid. This will show a list of optional fields.
- Check the Archive field.
- Click the Apply button.
- Scroll down to the Lead that needs to be made active again.
- Uncheck Archive. This will auto save.
