Copy Bill Wizard

  1. Click the 'Projects' icon on the left menu.
  2. Select the Project.
  3. On the Projects menu, under Procurement, select Bills.
  4. Click the 'Actions' button on the far right.
  5. Click 'Copy Bill' option from the drop-down menu.
  6. Select the Source Project, Prime Contract, Supplier and Original Bill # from the drop-downs.
  7. Click 'Next' button.
  8. Select one or more Bill Line Items.
  9. Optional: Update Item Description, Quantity, Units, Unit Price, Cost Code, Tax and Resource for the selected item(s).
    Note: If Cost Codes do not exist for the New Bill's selected Project then these codes will be created automatically.
  10. Select the target Project # and Prime Contract.
  11. Enter the Vendor's Invoice #.
  12. Enter or select the Issue Date.
  13. Subject will be copied from the Original Bill but can be changed.
  14. Select the Payment Terms. Depending on the option, the Payment Due Date will be automatically calculated.
  15. Enter or select the Due Date.
  16. Optional: Link the related uploaded files to the new Bill.
  17. Click 'Finish' button at the bottom.
