Add a subcontract, purchase order (PO), or subcontract change order (SCO) from a change proposal request (CPR)
About the Change Proposal Request to Procurement wizard
-
A CPR does not need to be converted to a prime contract change order (CO) before adding impacted company items to a PO, SCO, or subcontract. However, it's recommended to convert a CPR to a CO before using the Change Proposal Request to Procurement wizard.
-
Only items imported into the CPR Proposed Items section using the Actions > Import Impacted Company Items option will be available in the wizard. Manually added, copied, or duplicated items will not appear.
-
The CPR must be in Approved status to display in the wizard.
