View the subcontract status

View the subcontract financial summary

1. Go to Projects and select the appropriate project in the Quick Select section.
2. On the Project Home page, select Subcontracts under the Procurement section.

3. Select the subcontract from the list.

4. On the subcontract read only form, scroll down to the bottom to view the Financial Summary section.
5. Optionally, select View Sage CM Subcontract Status By Job Cost Codes in the Related Subcontract Transactions section.

View Sage Intacct subcontract status

This option is available when Sage Construction Management is configured with Sage Intacct as the accounting system.

1. Go to Projects and select the appropriate project in the Quick Select section.
2. On the Project Home page, select Subcontracts under the Procurement section.

3. Select the subcontract from the list.

4. Select View Sage Intacct Subcontract Status to view subcontract information retrieved from Sage Intacct.

View the subcontract status summary

1. Go to Projects and select the appropriate project in the Quick Select section.

2. On the Project Home page, select Procurement Overview.

3. In the Related Functions section, select Subcontract Status Summary.
