Add companies to the project directory
Open the project directory

Go to Projects and select the appropriate project in the Quick Select section.

On the Project Home page, select Project Directory in the Project Team section.
Add existing company to the project directory
- Select Actions, and then select one of the following options:
- Add Companies to Directory from Contact Management
- Add Companies from Bidder List in Contact Management
- Add Companies using Company Types from Contact Management
- Optionally, use the Search field to filter the list.
- Select one or more companies and contacts from the list.
A company or contact is not listed under the following conditions:
- The company or contact is in the project directory.
- The company or contact is marked as inactive.
- The company or contact is not in the system.
- The company does not have a contact.
This is applicable if the Specify Contacts for Project option was selected when the project was created.
- Select Add.
The company and contact will be removed from the available list and will be added to the project directory.
Add a new company to the project directory
- Select Actions > Add New Company to Sage CM and Directory.
- Enter the Company name.
The company name must be unique. If you enter a duplicate company name, an error occurs when saving the record.
- Optionally, enter the Company Code.

In the Primary Contact section, enter the contact's information as needed and optionally select the Is Bid Contact checkbox to use as a filter in the following cases:

When you add company contacts to an invitation to bid list.

When you add contacts to a request for proposal package.
In projects with the Specify Contacts for Project option selected, only companies with contacts are available in the project directory. -
- Optionally, enter the Business Address, Phone, Fax information.
- Enter information in the remaining fields as needed.
- Select Save & Close.
