Copy companies from another project

1. Go to Projects and select the appropriate project in the Quick Select section.

2. On the Project Home page, select Project Directory in the Project Team section.

3. Select Actions > Copy From Another Project.
4. Select the source Project from the dropdown.
5. Optionally, if you want to copy the TeamLink security roles assigned to the contacts, select the Copy TeamLink Roles checkbox.
6. Optionally, use the Search field to filter the list.
7. Clear the checkbox next to any companies and contacts that you do not want to copy to the target project, keeping only those you want to copy.

   If the target project has the Specify Contacts for Project option selected, make sure to copy only contacts with an assigned email address.

8. Select the target project where the companies and contacts will be copied.

   A message displays when the target project has the Specify Contacts for Project option selected.
9. Select Copy Directory.
