Copy companies from another project

1. Go to Projects and select the project in the Quick Select section.

2. On the Project Home page, select Project Directory in the Project Team section.

3. Select Actions > Copy From Another Project.
4. Select the source Project from the dropdown.
5. Optionally, if you want to copy the TeamLink security roles assigned to the contacts, select Copy TeamLink Roles.
6. Optionally, use the search field to filter the listing.
7. Deselect any companies and contacts that you do not want to copy to the target project, keeping only those you want to copy.

   It's best practice to copy contacts with an assigned email address.

8. Select the project to which the companies and contacts will be copied.
9. Select Copy Directory.
