Add Project Groups

  1. Click the Project icon on the left menu.
  2. Select the Project.
  3. On the Project menu, under Project Team, select Project Groups.
  4. Click the Add button on the right.
  5. Enter a Group Name (ex. Key Project Contacts, Subcontractors).
  6. Click the Save button.
  7. Click the Import Company/Contact button shown to the right of the Group Contacts section.
  8. Click the checkbox next to company/contact to be added.
  9. Click the Add or Add and Close button at the bottom of the form. This will remove the company/contact from the available list and add it to the Project Group.
