View ERP Job to Dates

You can view the Job to Date (JTD) cost details retrieved from Sage Intacct for a project.

Important things to know

• Sage Construction Management must be configured with Sage Intacct as the accounting system.

View Job to Date cost details

1. Go to Projects and select the appropriate project from the Select Project to View Details dropdown.
2. Select the ERP Job To Dates link under the Sage Intacct Construction section.

Alternatively, select Procurement Overview > Sage Intacct Construction JTD Cost Details.

The Sage Intacct Construction JTD Cost Details page provides a list with the JTD cost details retrieved from Sage Intacct for the project.

3. You can do the following:

   • To refine the results, go to the Filters and select one or more of the following options:

     • GL Record Type

     • Vendor Name

     • Employee Name

     • Cost Code

     • Cost Resource

     • Date Type

     • Start date

     • End date

   • To include additional columns in the table, go to Columns and select the appropriate options.

   • To view additional information for an item, such as transaction information, classifications, dates, and payment status, select the GL Document Ref of the item.
