Copy a checklist to another lead or project

  1. Go to Leads or Projects and select the lead or project in the Quick Select section.
  2. On the Lead or Project Home page, select Checklists in the QC and Safety section.
  3. Select Actions > Copy Checklist.
  4. Optionally, update the Project number as needed.
  5. Select one or more checklists.

  6. Select Next.

  7. Select the target Project.

  8. Optionally, select the Prime Contract.

  9. Optionally, to keep the checked status of the original checklist, clear the Reset Checked Status checkbox.

  10. Do one of the following:

    • To reset the due date, keep the Reset Due Date checkbox selected and select the New Due Date.

    • To keep the due date of the original checklist, clear the Reset Due Date checkbox.

  11. Optionally, clear the Tag Related Files checkbox if you do not want linked files from the original checklist included in the new checklist.

  12. Select Finish.
