Edit checklist items
Open the checklist details
- Go to Leads or Projects and select the lead or project in the Quick Select section.
- On the Lead or Project Home page, select Checklists in the QC and Safety section.
- Optionally, use the Search field to filter the list.

Select the checklist name from the list.
Update individual checklist items

In the Checklist Items section, select the Order Number or Description of the item.

Update the information as needed.

Select Save.
Update multiple checklist items

In the Checklist Items section, select Edit List.

You can update any of the following information for each item as needed:

Order number
-
Description
-
Responsible company
-
Responsible contact
-
Due date
-
Checked date
-
Mark an item as checked
-

Select Save.
Bulk update checklist items
- In the Checklist Items section, select one or more items from the list.
- Select Choose Bulk Action.
- In the dialog, do the following as needed:
- To update the section, select the Section checkbox and select the appropriate section from the dropdown.
You can leave the field blank to remove the sections, if any, from the selected items.
- To update the checked date, select the Checked Date checkbox and specify the date.
Unchecked items will be marked as checked automatically.
- To update the due date, select the Due Date checkbox and specify the date.
- To update the responsible company and contact, select the Responsible Company checkbox and select the appropriate company and contact from the dropdowns.
- To reset the order number based on the section and the existing order number for all the checklist items, select the Reset Order Number based on Section and Existing Order Number checkbox.
- To delete the selected items, select the Delete checkbox.
- To update the section, select the Section checkbox and select the appropriate section from the dropdown.
- Select Save.
