Add or edit checklist item sections

Open the Checklist Details page

  1. Go to Leads or Projects and select the lead or project in the Quick Select section.
  2. On the Lead or Project Home page, select Checklists in the QC and Safety section.
  3. Optionally, use the Search field to filter the list.
  4. Select the checklist name from the list.

Add checklist item sections

  1. In the Checklist Items section, select Add Section / Item > Add Section.
  2. For each section, enter the following information:
    1. Enter the Section Code.

      This is a text field. For example:

      • 01, 02, 03, ... 10
      • A, B, C, D
      • A.01, A.02, A.03, A.10, B.01, B.02
    2. Enter the Section Name.
  3. To add more sections, select Add New Line and repeat the previous step.
  4. Select Save & Close.

Edit the checklist item sections

  1. In the Checklist Items section, select Add Section / Item > Add Section.
  2. For each section that needs to be modified, update the Section Code, Name, or both.
  3. Select Save & Close.
