Add or Edit Checklist Item Sections

Open Checklist Details Form

  1. Click the 'Lead' or 'Projects' icon on the left menu.
  2. Select the Lead or Project in the 'Quick Select' section. This will then refresh the page and show the 'Current Lead or Project Home' page.
  3. Depending on if it is a Lead or Project, click the 'QC' or 'QC and Safety' link in the 'Quick Links' tab. This will refresh the page and show the 'Quality Control (QC) and Safety Module Landing Page'.
  4. Navigate to the 'Checklists' row in the QC Stats section.
  5. Click the number under the Total, Closed or Open Records column.
  6. Optional: Use the Search field to filter the Checklists.
  7. Click on the Checklist Name to view the details.

Add Checklist Item Sections

  1. Navigate to the Checklist Items section.
  2. Click the 'Add Section / Item' drop-down on the far right.
  3. Click 'Add Section' from the list.
  4. Navigate to the first blank row shown in the grid. There will be multiple shown to allow for multiple entries.
  5. Enter the Section Code which is a text field. Examples shown below.
    • 01, 02, 03, ... 10
    • A, B, C, D
    • A.01, A.02, A.03, A.10, B.01, B.02
  6. Enter the Section Name or Description
  7. Repeat last two steps to add more sections.
  8. Click the 'Save and Close' button.

Edit Checklist Item Sections

  1. Navigate to the Checklist Items section.
  2. Click the 'Add Section / Item' drop-down on the far right.
  3. Click 'Add Section' from the list.
  4. Navigate to the Section to be modified.
  5. Update the Section Code and/or Name.
  6. Repeat last two steps for any other sections that need to be modified.
  7. Click the 'Save and Close' button.
