Add a lead or project checklist from a template

  1. Go to Leads or Projects.
  2. Select the lead or project in the Quick Select section.
  3. On the Lead or Project Home page, select Checklists in the QC and Safety section.

  4. Select Actions > Add From Checklist Template.

    Administrators can add templates in Settings > Templates & Reports > Checklist Templates.

  5. Select the Checklist Template to copy.
  6. Optionally, update the Lead or Project number.
  7. Optionally, for projects, select the Prime Contract number.
  8. Optionally, update the Checklist Name.

    The default value is the template's name.

  9. Select Next.
  10. Optionally, select the Responsible Company.

    Typically, this will be your firm.

  11. Optionally, select the Responsible Contact that will be responsible for reviewing the work.
  12. Optionally, select the Default Due Date.
  13. Select Finish.
