Add a lead or project checklist from a template
- Go to Leads or Projects.
- Select the lead or project in the Quick Select section.

On the Lead or Project Home page, select Checklists in the QC and Safety section.
- Select Actions > Add From Checklist Template.
Administrators can add templates in Settings > Templates & Reports > Checklist Templates.
- Select the Checklist Template to copy.
- Optionally, update the Lead or Project number.
- Optionally, for projects, select the Prime Contract number.
- Optionally, update the Checklist Name.
The default value is the template's name.
- Select Next.
- Optionally, select the Responsible Company.
Typically, this will be your firm.
- Optionally, select the Responsible Contact that will be responsible for reviewing the work.
- Optionally, select the Default Due Date.
- Select Finish.
