Edit or close a punchlist item

Open the punchlist items list

  1. Go to Projects and select the appropriate project in the Quick Select section.

  2. On the Project Home page, select Punchlist Items in the QC and Safety section.
  3. Optionally, use the Search field to filter the list.

Edit or close individual punchlist items

  1. Select the punchlist item number from the list.
  2. Select Edit.
  3. Update one or more of the following fields, as needed:
    • Prime Contract #
    • Punchlist #
    • Inspection Date
    • Location
    • Responsible Company
    • Responsible Contact
    • Due Date
    • Description
  4. Optionally, to close the punchlist item, select the Closed checkbox in the Status section and select the Completion Date.

    By default, it's automatically set to today's date.

  5. Select Save & Close.

Edit or close multiple punchlist items at once

  1. Select one or more punchlist items from the list.
  2. Select Choose Bulk Action.
  3. In the dialog, select one or more of the following options:
    • Select the Responsible Company checkbox and select the appropriate company and contact.
    • Select the Inspection checkbox and select the date from the dropdown.
    • Select the Location checkbox and enter the location.
    • Select the Due Date checkbox and select a date.
    • Select the Completion Date checkbox and select a date.
    • Select the Delete checkbox to delete all the selected items.
  4. Use Select to confirm your action.
