Add or update an inspection date and inspectors

View the inspections

  1. Go to Projects and select the appropriate project in the Quick Select section.

  2. On the Project Home page, select Punchlist Items in the QC and Safety section.
  3. Select Actions > Inspections.
  4. Optionally, use the Search field to filter the list.

Add a new inspection

  1. Select Add.
  2. Select an Inspection Date.
  3. In the Inspectors section, select Import.
  4. Optionally, use the Search field to filter the list.
  5. Select one or more companies and contacts from the list.

    The list is populated from the project directory.

  6. Select Add & Close.

Your changes are saved automatically.

Update an existing inspection

  1. Select the inspection date from the list.
  2. You can update any of the following information as follows:
    • To update the inspection date, select a new date in the Inspection Date field.
    • To delete an inspector, select Delete next to the appropriate company and contact.
    • To add inspectors, select Import and select the companies and contacts from the list.

      The list is populated from the project directory.
