Add or update an inspection date and inspectors

Go to Projects and select the appropriate project in the Quick Select section.
- On the Project Home page, select Punchlist Items in the QC and Safety section.
- Select Actions > Inspections.
- Optionally, use the Search field to filter the list.
Add a new inspection
- Select Add.
- Select an Inspection Date.
- In the Inspectors section, select Import.
- Optionally, use the Search field to filter the list.
- Select one or more companies and contacts from the list.
The list is populated from the project directory.
- Select Add & Close.
Your changes are saved automatically.
Update an existing inspection
- Select the inspection date from the list.
- You can update any of the following information as follows:
- To update the inspection date, select a new date in the Inspection Date field.
- To delete an inspector, select Delete next to the appropriate company and contact.
- To add inspectors, select Import and select the companies and contacts from the list.
The list is populated from the project directory.
