Print Punchlist Log Reports or Punchlist Item Details
Print Punchlist Log Reports
Click the 'Projects' icon on the left menu.
Select the Project in the 'Quick Select' section. This will then refresh the page and show the 'Current Project Home' page.
On the 'Quick Links' tab, click the 'Quality Control (QC) and Safety' link under the 'Project Management and Field Staff' section. This will refresh the page and show
the 'QC and Safety Module Landing Page'.
Navigate to the Punchlist Items row in the 'QC Stats' section.
Click the 'Reports' button on the right.
Preview the log report by clicking on the name.
Use the Print or Export icon at the top left to generate the actual report.
Punchlist Item Detail Reports
Click the 'Projects' icon on the left menu.
Select the Project in the 'Quick Select' section. This will then refresh the page and show the 'Current Project Home' page.
On the 'Quick Links' tab, click the 'Quality Control (QC) and Safety' link under the 'Project Management and Field Staff' section. This will refresh the page and show
the 'QC and Safety Module Landing Page'.
Navigate to the Punchlist Items row in the 'QC Stats' section.
Click the number under Total Records.
Click the Punchlist Item Number to view the details form.
Click the 'Reports' button at the top right.
Click 'Punchlist Details' from the drop-down.
Select the format.
Punchlist Item - Current
Punchlist Item - Open By Responsible Company (based on currently open Punchlist Item)
Punchlist Item - Open By Location (based on currently open Punchlist Item)
Select a Report Template.
Select an Export option. The last two options would attach the report to an email so it can be sent to the recipient (ex. company/contact responsible).

PDF (Adobe Acrobat)
Email DOC (Microsoft Word 2003)
Email PDF (Adobe Acrobat)
If Email DOC or PDF is chosen then select the Email Template.
