Add or update property or equipment damages in a safety incident

Open the safety incident details

  1. Go to Projects and select the appropriate project in the Quick Select section.
  2. On the Project Home page, select Safety Incidents in the QC and Safety section.
  3. Optionally, use the Search field to filter the list.
  4. Select the incident date from the list.

Add property or equipment damages

  1. In the Property and Equipment Damages section, select Add.
  2. In the Owner Information section, enter the Company Name, then complete any additional fields as needed.
  3. In the Manufacturer Information section, enter the Damage Description, then complete any additional fields as needed.
  4. Optionally, in the Financial Impact section, enter the Estimated an Actual Damage.
  5. Select Add & Close.

Update the property or equipment damages

  1. In the Property and Equipment Damages section, select the Property Description.
  2. Select Edit.
  3. Update any of the available fields as needed.
  4. Select Save & Close.

Update multiple property or equipment damages

  1. In the Property and Equipment Damages section, select Edit List.
  2. Update any for the following information for each property or equipment damage as needed:
    • Manufacturer
    • Model
    • Year
    • Serial number
    • Company
    • Actual damage amount
  3. Select Save.
